Terms and Rules of Use
Rules for using our services, and the obligations of the customer and the administration.

Prohibited on hosting
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in your account being blocked:
- 1.1Publishing any materials that violate CIS law.
- 1.2Running unverified scripts.
- 1.3Running resource-intensive or disruptive scripts (e.g. spam scripts, flood scripts, etc.).
- 1.4Publishing materials that infringe copyright (e.g. cracked software, keygens, nulled/warez software).
- 1.5Sending spam by any means.
- 1.6Carrying out DDoS/DoS attacks.
- 1.7Publishing fake content.
- 1.8Publishing any adult content.

Customer obligations
- 2.1Strictly comply with these rules.
- 2.2Pay for orders on time, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
- 2.3Provide accurate personal information.
- 2.4Notify the administration of any account sale or change of ownership.

Customer rights
- 3.1Receive services in full.
- 3.2Receive technical support within 24 hours (except in force-majeure circumstances).
- 3.3Cancel hosting services at any time (funds for the period already used are not refunded).

Administration obligations
- 4.1Notify users of changes to the rules and technical or organizational matters.
- 4.2Maintain order on server hardware.
- 4.3Preserve confidentiality and not disclose customer data to third parties (except where required by law enforcement).
- 4.4Not hold unpaid orders for more than 7 days.
- 4.5Review ticket requests according to the support schedule.

Not included in administration obligations
- 5.1Installing scripts for users.
- 5.2Customizing servers to a customer's needs.
- 5.3Teaching users how to use the hosting service.
- 5.4Restoring backups when data is lost due to customer negligence.
- 5.5Providing technical support for issues unrelated to hosting, or for abusive messages or threats.

Administration rights
- 6.1Refuse to provide a service without giving a reason.
- 6.2Block accounts that violate the rules without providing a backup.
- 6.3Contact law enforcement if a customer violates CIS law.
7
The administration is not liable for
- 7.1Hosting downtime.
- 7.2Software installed on the server.
- 7.3Damage caused by hacker attacks.
Notice! Not knowing these rules does not exempt you from responsibility. By registering, you automatically agree to these rules.
